· 1. Councillors would not be allowed to report on Day 1 in slippers without any reasonable reasons. Councillors would also not be allowed to wear slippers during day time activities.

· 2. Any councillors with any allergy or have any specific food requirements, do inform the EXCOs beforehand.

· 3. The list prepared above is based on the most important and basic things needed. Councillors can prepare for the camp base on their own list, however, do take note of the items that are listed as ‘COMPULSORY’.
